As Vice President and Board Member of the Worldwide Coaching Federation (WeCF), I serve in a global leadership role dedicated to advancing the coaching profession, shaping strategic initiatives, and supporting the growth and impact of coaching worldwide. In this capacity, I collaborate with fellow board leaders to guide organizational direction, contribute to governance and policy development, and represent the federation at key events and initiatives that elevate coaching standards across cultures and industries. My work with the WCF reflects my deep commitment to empowering coaches and clients alike, reinforcing the values of excellence, community, and lifelong learning within the coaching field.
As a published author and consultant, I bring experience in developing innovative solutions, guiding individuals and organizations through challenges, and communicating complex ideas with clarity and impact. My writing and public speaking work demonstrate not only expertise but also a passion for inspiring others, fostering growth, and driving meaningful conversations.
My entrepreneurial endeavors include consulting across diverse areas such as business strategy, homeschooling, life coaching, commodities and personal development. Academically, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Oregon State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History, a foundation that sharpened my critical thinking, research, and analytical skills.
